*Please note: All pets 5+ years are required to have bloodwork prior to surgery or dental cleanings.

A small green tattoo line near the incision is given to permanently indicate that your pet is sterilized.

For Canines: Current Rabies , Distemper and heartworm test are mandatory for anesthesia
For Felines: Current Rabies and Fvrcp are mandatory for surgery.

​We DO NOT accept vaccines given by breeders or bought from pet stores. We do not know if they were shipped and/or stored properly. We want the best protection for your pet.
